Just about a week ago we had a Mañana Deportiva at the Training Center and my team won! April Fool’s! My team lost big time but we looked good doing it. We named all of the teams after the houses in Harry Potter (wasn’t my idea) and the name we picked out of the sorting hat was Hufflepuff. So, we renamed ourselves, “The Puff” and we used purple and yellow as our colors.
We even had a beauty contest and an excellent potluck lunch with current volunteers. Although I pulled a muscle during one of the games and it was hard to watch the current volunteer team beat every single trainee team, a fun day was had by all.
