Congrats to Paul who has just completed a 3-week long training with Grameen Bank in Bangladesh! Above see Paul and Dr. Muhammad Yunus, Grameen’s founder who, along with the organization, won the Nobel Peace Prize in 2006.
Paul visited the Yunus Centre at the conclusion of 3 weeks of learning about micro-lending from the organization that started it all. He traveled across the country meeting borrowers, conducting site visits, attending community meetings, and getting to know the incredible Bangladeshi people.
I’m so proud of you Paul and I can’t wait to hear all about your experiences first-hand when you return to the United States tomorrow!
